  1. What is Absolute Gear, exactly?
    Absolute Gear is our name for products featuring our slick original dragonboat-related designs. Catchy, ain't it? :)

  2. Who designed the graphics on your products?
    We did. Duh.

  3. Do you make any money by selling this stuff? Where does the money go?
    A little bit, though not much. If you'd like to completely overpay by several hundred dollars, though, let us know. Then we could change this answer to "Yes, we bank out."

  1. What kind of products do you sell?
    Our list of products is ever-changing, but there are a standard set of items on which we offer each design:

  4. long-sleeve t-shirt
  5. tank top
  6. ladies t-shirt

  9. baseball cap
  10. bucket hat
  11. boxer shorts

  13. We also have several seasonal items, that are available at different times, like hooded sweatshirts, visors, aprons, cooler bags, stainless steel mugs, and more.

  14. Who actually makes the products you sell?
    Our products are custom printed by a company called CafePress. In fact, they do all the real work for us -- including printing, billing and shipping. All we do is design the products.

  15. What sizes of shirts/sweaters/shorts/etc. are available?
    You can view the size chart for our products here.

  16. Do you have products other than the ones offered here?
    No, we don't currently. We're looking, though. :)

  17. Do you sell posters or prints of your designs?
    Nope. We'd like to someday.

  1. Can I pay by check or money order?
    Yes you can. To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page with your payment to:

    Please write your Order Number on your check/money order. If you are unable to print your receipt, please include a note with your check clearly stating your Order Number.

  2. Do you offer discounts for large purchases?
    We don't have anything specific setup, though it's not out of the question. Email Marty with what you have in mind.

  3. How can I cancel an order?
    If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail CafePress at service@cafepress.com. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.

  4. I just received my order, but I'm not happy with it. Can I return it?
    Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! If for some reason you do not like your merchandise, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). We will even refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. This 100% satisfaction guarantee is good for 30 days. Please click here if you need to make a return or exchange.

    We might be able to -- it depends on what you're looking for. Typically that involves real work, and we'd have to charge you for it, though we're pretty reasonable about that sort of thing. If you'd like to find out more, email Marty.
